Job summary

Enterprise Holdings offers a Management Internship for university students, with real-world leadership training and paid experience. This part-time role provides $22 per hour for 10–12 weeks, requires a final-year student graduating by June 2028, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old.

• Minimum 3 months experience in sales, customer service, or leadership.
• Authorized to work in the United States without future sponsorship.
• 10–12 week program; start May 2027.
• Able to commit to 40 hours per week.
• Valid unrestricted driver's license required.

Responsibilities

Overview

This role is for students in enrolled their final year at a college/university obtaining a bachelor's degree and graduating by June 2028. This position is part time and we offer $22 per hour. This position requires a drivers license.

Responsibilities

When you join our Management Internship Program, you'll soon discover that every day is different because it is filled with new, exciting, rewarding and often unexpected opportunities. For a season, we’ll put you in the middle of everything, just like our Management Trainees. We’ll give you the chance to develop the skills you need to manage a fleet of vehicles, take care of customers, develop marketing strategies and build relationships with customers and coworkers.

During our internship, you’ll use the skills you learn to complete intern projects and engage in some friendly competition with your peers. You may also be eligible for performance incentives and employee referral rewards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old.
• Must be enrolled full-time at a 4 year university pursuing a Bachelor's degree in your final semester graduating by June 2028.
• Must have 3 months experience in one of the following: sales, customer service,or leadership.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
• 10-12 week commitment with the availability to start employment in May 2027.
• Must be able to work 40 hours a week during the internship.
• This position requires a valid unrestricted drivers license.
