Enterprise Holdings is seeking a Management Internship participant in Santa Rosa, CA. This paid, part-time role offers real-world business experience and leadership development while you complete your final semester.

You will learn to manage a fleet, serve customers, and develop marketing strategies, with peers by your side to learn and grow. The program requires a driver’s license and a 20–25 hour work week.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old
• Must be enrolled full-time at a 4 year university in final semester graduating by June 2027
• Must have 3 months experience in sales, customer service, or leadership
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future
• 10-12 week commitment with the ability to start February 2027
• Must be able to work 20-25 hours per week during the internship
• Must have a valid unrestricted driver's license

Overview

From day one as a paid intern with Enterprise, you'll learn what it takes to run a successful business and acquire highly marketable skills in management. Our university/college interns take on the same challenges as our first and second year full-time professionals. It's a team-based environment; and throughout your internship, your peers will be right by your side helping you learn, grow and have fun.

This role is located at the following locations:

1621 Cleveland Ave Santa Rosa, CA 95401

This role is for students in enrolled their final semester at a college/university obtaining a bachelor's degree and graduating by June 2027. This position is part time and we offer $22 per hour. This position requires a drivers license.

Responsibilities

When you join our Management Internship Program, you'll soon discover that every day is different because it is filled with new, exciting, rewarding and often unexpected opportunities. For a season, we’ll put you in the middle of everything, just like our Management Trainees. We’ll give you the chance to develop the skills you need to manage a fleet of vehicles, take care of customers, develop marketing strategies and build relationships with customers and coworkers.

During our internship, you’ll use the skills you learn to complete intern projects and engage in some friendly competition with your peers. You may also be eligible for performance incentives and employee referral rewards.
