Job summary

Enterprise is offering a Spring 2027 Management Internship. As a paid intern, you’ll gain hands-on business and leadership experience from day one, tackling challenges alongside first‑year professionals in a team‑based environment.

This part-time program pays $17 per hour, with locations including Pearland, TX and Lake Jackson, TX. You’ll work on projects across fleet management, customer service, marketing and relationship building.

Qualifications

• Rising senior enrolled full-time in a bachelor's degree program or MBA, with a graduation date of May 2027.
• Willing to commit to Spring program minimally working 25 hrs. per week.
• 1+ year of experience since August 2022 in Sales (retail, restaurant, hospitality, commission sales, or goal-based sales), Military service, Collegiate student athlete, or student leadership role.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record, no more than 2 at-fault accidents or moving violations in the past 3 years (one of the two must fall off within 12 months).
• No drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record in past 5 years.
• Authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

Spring 2027 Internship

If you’re looking to hit the ground running, the Enterprise Management Internship will help you build valuable business and leadership skills. For a university/college student, the real-world professional experience you’ll receive during the internship will help you stand apart from the crowd, and will be more than just a line on your resume.

Overview

From day one as a paid intern with Enterprise, you'll learn what it takes to run a successful business and acquire highly marketable skills in management. Our university/college interns take on the same challenges as our first and second year full-time professionals. It's a team-based environment; and throughout your internship, your peers will be right by your side helping you learn, grow and have fun.

This is a spring part time internship working 25 hours per week.

This position pays: $17/ hour

Responsibilities

When you join our Management Internship Program, you'll soon discover that every day is different because it is filled with new, exciting, rewarding and often unexpected opportunities. For a season, we’ll put you in the middle of everything, just like our Management Trainees. We’ll give you the chance to develop the skills you need to manage a fleet of vehicles, take care of customers, develop marketing strategies and build relationships with customers and coworkers.

During our internship, you’ll use the skills you learn to complete intern projects and engage in some friendly competition with your peers. You may also be eligible for performance incentives and employee referral rewards.

• Must be willing to commit to our Spring program minimally working 25 hrs. per week.
• Must have 1+ year of experience since August 2022 in any of the following:
• Sales (retail, restaurant, hospitality, commission sales, or goal-based sales)
• Military service
• Collegiate student athlete
• Held a student leadership role in a university organization
• Must have a valid driver's license with a good driving record, no more than 2 at-fault accidents or moving violations in the past 3 years (1 of the 2 violations or at-fault accidents must fall off within 12 months of employment).
• No drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record (DWI/DUI) in past 5 years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
