Job summary

Enterprise Management Internship is a paid, part-time program located in Hayward, CA. It offers university students real-world business and leadership experience from day one, with peers by your side to learn and grow.

Ideal candidates are in their final semester of a 4-year degree, graduating December 2026, and must be 18+ with at least 3 months in sales, customer service, or leadership. Expect 20–25 hours/week for 10–12 weeks and a valid driver\'s license.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old.
• Must be enrolled full-time at a 4 year university pursuing a Bachelor\'s degree in your final semester graduating December 2026.
• Must have 3 months experience in sales, customer service, or leadership.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
• 10-12 week commitment with the availability to start employment in October 2026.
• Must be able to work 20-25 hours a week during the internship.
• This position requires a valid unrestricted drivers license.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute opportunities in fleet management, customer care, and marketing strategies.
• Build relationships with customers and coworkers and participate in intern projects.
• Engage in friendly competition with peers and possibly receive performance incentives.

From day one as a paid intern with Enterprise, you\'ll learn what it takes to run a successful business and acquire highly marketable skills in management. Our university/college interns take on the same challenges as our first and second year full-time professionals. It\'s a team-based environment; and throughout your internship, your peers will be right by your side helping you learn, grow and have fun.

This role is located at one of the following locations:

25900 Mission Blvd, Hayward, CA 94542

This role is for students in enrolled their final semester at a college/university obtaining a bachelor\'s degree and graduating in December 2026. This position is part time and we offer $22 per hour.

Responsibilities

When you join our Management Internship Program, you\'ll soon discover that every day is different because it is filled with new, exciting, rewarding and often unexpected opportunities. For a season, we’ll put you in the middle of everything, just like our Management Trainees. We’ll give you the chance to develop the skills you need to manage a fleet of vehicles, take care of customers, develop marketing strategies and build relationships with customers and coworkers.

During our internship, you’ll use the skills you learn to complete intern projects and engage in some friendly competition with your peers. You may also be eligible for performance incentives and employee referral rewards.
