As you grow, you will train new team members, lead your own team, and help manage operations. No experience required; we provide paid hands-on training and daily coaching, with a clear path to management.

What you’ll do:

• Start in face-to-face sales, representing Fortune 100 brands at events and retail stores.
• Engage customers, present products and services, and help them sign up.
• Work with your team to hit daily and weekly sales goals.
• Learn how events are run, from setup and team coordination to results.
• As you grow: train new team members, lead your own team and help manage operations.

Your growth path:

• Sales Representative: learn sales, marketing and customer service.
• Team Trainer: coach and develop new team members.
• Team Leader / Manager: lead your own team and manage operations.

Who we’re looking for:

Pay: $800–$1,400/week.

Schedule: Full-time, Mon–Fri, 9am–6pm.

Location: Office in Midtown Manhattan.
