Job summary

Let’s Play Soccer in Mason, OH is seeking a Manager in Training who will learn to lead a high-performing facility from the ground up. You’ll recruit, train, schedule, and coach with guidance from the General Manager to drive great guest experiences.

You will help grow revenue through memberships and partnerships, run daily operations, and prepare for promotion into a General Manager role; a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required and evening/weekend availability is a must.

Qualifications

• Leadership or supervisory experience.
• Sales or customer service experience.
• 18+ years old and willing to work evenings/weekends.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Learn to lead the team: recruit, train, schedule, and coach with guidance from your GM.
• Support revenue growth: assist with league registration, memberships, and local partnerships.
• Run daily operations: help manage scheduling, payroll, inventory, safety, and maintenance.
• Deliver great experiences: greet players, resolve issues, and help every guest feel valued.
• Own your growth: track your progress and prepare for promotion to General Manager.
