Goodwin Recruiting is seeking a driven recent graduate for a Management Trainee in Operations & Logistics. This hands-on program accelerates learning across daily operations, logistics, inventory, and team management.

We're recruiting recent and upcoming college graduates for a hands-on Management Trainee opportunity with a growing organization. This program is designed for motivated individuals who want to learn how a business operates, take on responsibility early, and develop into future managers.

You won't spend your first year sitting on the sidelines. You'll work directly with experienced leaders while learning operations, logistics, customer service, inventory, and team management.
