Old Dominion Freight Line, Inc. is currently recruiting Management Trainees who will receive hands-on training in various roles to learn how to manage a shift or operational area in a service center. Upon completing training, trainees will serve as supervisors across shifts and departments, focusing on safety, quality, efficiency, service, and delivery. The program includes assignments assessed through knowledge indicators, papers, management videos, and process improvement recommendations. Trainees will also participate in the Old Dominion Truck Driving Training program to obtain a CDL license, forklift training, and leadership courses.

Compensation Range: $62,400 - $65,520. Actual salary may vary based on location, experience, education, and skills.
