Old Dominion Freight Line, Inc. is currently recruiting Management Trainees who will receive hands-on training in various roles to learn how to manage a shift or operational area in a service center. After training, trainees will act as supervisors across shifts and departments, emphasizing safety, quality, efficiency, service, and delivery. The program includes completing assignments assessed through knowledge indicators, writing papers, viewing management videos, and suggesting process improvements. Trainees will also participate in the Old Dominion Truck Driving Training program to obtain a CDL license, forklift training, and management and leadership courses.

The salary range listed is based on the company's good faith belief at the time of posting and may vary based on location, experience, market conditions, education, and skills.
($62,400 - $65,520)
