Responsibilities

As a Manager in Training, you’ll start learning our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches. You will serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind‑the‑scenes operational expert. In this structured program, you’ll master the knowledge and skills to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business and develop your team. You will also get into the community and establish the relationships essential to building your own business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Must have a minimum of 6 months experience within the last five years in any of the following:
• Sales & Customer Service: commission sales, retail, serving/restaurant/bar, or hospitality industry.
• Leadership: military, athletics/team activities, or community, social, or academic organizations.
• Must currently have a valid driver’s license with no more than two moving violations and/or at‑fault accidents within the past three years.
• No drug or alcohol related conviction on record (DWI/DUI) in the past five years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work‑authorization sponsorship by our company now or in the future.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
