Management Trainee Job Scope/Coverage
- Role Assignments: You will be assigned to various roles within our retail store and café operations, focusing on product knowledge, techniques of cross-selling and up-selling, visual merchandising, and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Business Understanding: The objective is to gain a comprehensive understanding of business operations related to product knowledge, sales techniques, visual merchandising, and service excellence to better understand the brand and its concept.
- Marketing Collaboration: Collaborate with the retail and café teams to conceptualize and execute marketing efforts related to the brand, including positioning, products, and promotions. This involves content creation, copywriting, social media posts, ad strategies, consumer engagement, and CRM activities.
- Social Media and Website Management: Manage and update each brand’s social media accounts and websites as part of your responsibilities.
- Event and Campaign Support: Work actively with operations teams to plan and execute marketing launches and events. Attendance may be required on weekdays and weekends, depending on the schedule.
