Ewing Outdoor Supply is seeking a Management Trainee to develop into leadership across various locations nationwide. The role offers exposure to day-to-day operations, sales processes, and leadership planning.

You will support managers, deliver presentations, and help drive customer growth and profitability while building strong supplier and customer relationships. The program emphasizes professional development, with regular reviews, trainings, and opportunities to advance to management

Responsibilities

• Assist day-to-day operations.
• Understand each role within the company and what they do (branch operations, sales process, leadership planning).
• Provide administrative support.
• Create and give presentations.
• Help managers complete daily tasks.
• Prepare documents and update records.
• Conduct other duties as assigned by leadership.
• Maintain key account responsibilities for assigned customers.
• Grow revenue and profits of select assigned customers and prospects.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers through visits and outreach.
• Perform basic project quoting and outbound marketing campaigns.
• Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems and proposing solutions.
