Job summary

Cintas is seeking a motivated Management Trainee to join a structured program designed to build leadership across Outside Sales, Production/Warehouse Management, Office Management, and Service Management. You will learn from experienced managers and gain hands-on experience in multiple departments to prepare for advancement.

The role includes departmental rotations, outside sales engagement, customer service excellence, data analysis, and cross-functional projects with senior leaders.

Qualifications

• Must have, or will obtain, a Bachelor’s degree within six months.
• Be at least 21 years of age and obtain a DOT medical certification.
• Must have an active driver’s license.
• Provide documentation regarding previous employment.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through departments immersing in the business from a leadership viewpoint.
• Engage in outside sales activities to promote products and services while building customer relationships.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Analyze sales data and assist in making informed business decisions.
• Collaborate with key leaders on various projects related to sales management and operational efficiency.
• Professional Development with access to Executive Leadership Seminars/Divisional Summits.
