Job summary

Enterprise Mobility invites you to join its Management Training Program in Newport, Kentucky. As a Management Trainee, you’ll learn the business from day one, support customers, and assist in branch operations across sales, service, and finance functions.

You’ll receive mentoring, hands-on guidance, and a clear path toward leading your own Enterprise branch as you develop leadership skills and a strong customer focus. An internal promotion culture awaits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or near graduation; must be conferred to start.
• Minimum 6 months experience in at least two of: Sales, Customer Service, Leadership/Management.
• Valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• No DUI/DWI conviction in the past 5 years.
• Authorized to work in the United States; no sponsorship needed now or in future.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Learn the business from day one while based at a neighborhood branch.
• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners.
• Develop knowledge to eventually run your own branch and lead a team.
• Build relationships in the community to grow the business.
• Excel in customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations.
