Job summary

Enterprise Mobility in the Buffalo area is hiring immediately for our Management Training Program. As a MT, you will learn our business from day one while based at a neighborhood branch, becoming the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operations expert.

We will train you to excel in customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations, with mentoring and a clear path to running your own branch and developing your team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Must have a minimum of six months experience in sales, customer service, management or leadership.
• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related convictions on Driving Record within the past 5 years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities
