Job summary

Aegon Consulting is seeking a Junior Campaign & Project Coordinator / Management Trainee in Houston to gain hands-on experience across sales campaigns, client relations, and leadership. This entry-level role features paid training and a clear path to responsibility as you develop.

Aegon Consulting is expanding our Houston team and looking for a Junior Campaign & Project Coordinator / Management Trainee who wants hands‑on experience in business, client relations, project coordination, sales, and leadership.

This is an entry-level opportunity with training provided. You’ll work closely with our team, learn how projects and campaigns come together, and take on more responsibility as you develop.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Help coordinate day‑to‑day sales campaigns, projects, and team priorities
• Work with different teams to keep campaigns, sales, and projects moving forward
• Assist with client communication and relationship management
