Job summary

Aegon Consulting is seeking a Junior Campaign & Project Coordinator / Management Trainee in Houston to gain hands-on experience across sales campaigns, client relations, and leadership. This entry-level role features paid training and a clear path to responsibility as you develop.

You'll work closely with the team on campaigns, projects, and customer initiatives, learning how to coordinate, communicate, and coach new members in a collaborative, in-person environment.

Qualifications

• A degree is helpful but not required.
• Experience in customer service, sales, retail, hospitality, restaurants, athletics, campus organizations, or leadership translates well.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day sales campaigns, projects, and team priorities.
• Collaborate with different teams to keep campaigns, sales, and projects moving forward.
• Assist with client communication and relationship management.
• Participate in team meetings, planning sessions, and presentations.
• Track project activity and provide updates to leadership.
• Learn training, coaching, and support for new team members.
