Job summary

Enterprise Holdings is seeking motivated university students for its Management Internship in Gaithersburg or Germantown, MD. You’ll tackle real-world problems, learn leadership skills, and support fleet, customer service, and marketing initiatives in a team-based environment.

As a paid intern, you’ll work from day one alongside full-time professionals, with opportunities for performance incentives and meaningful responsibility.

Qualifications

• Must be a university/college student graduating 2027, 2028
• 6 months experience in sales, customer service, leadership or management in the last 6 years
• Must have a valid US driver’s license
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future
• Must be at least 18 years old
• No more than 2 moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years; no DUI/DWI in the last 3 years

This role is located in Gaithersburg or Germantown MD

The starting compensation for this job is $19 / HR

Responsibilities

When you join our Management Internship Program, you'll soon discover that every day is different because it is filled with new, exciting, rewarding and often unexpected opportunities. For a season, we’ll put you in the middle of everything, just like our Management Trainees. We’ll give you the chance to develop the skills you need to manage a fleet of vehicles, take care of customers, develop marketing strategies and build relationships with customers and coworkers.

During our internship, you’ll use the skills you learn to complete intern projects and engage in some friendly competition with your peers. You may also be eligible for performance incentives and employee referral rewards.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be graduating December 2027, Spring 2028 or Summer 2028
• Must have at least 6 months experince in sales, customer service, leadership or management in the last 6 years.
• Leadership experience could include experience in organizations, clubs, volunteer work, community service, athletics or military service.
• Must have a valid US driver's license.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
• Must have satisfactory background check inclusive of driving (no more than 2 moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years, and no DUI or DWI on driving record in the last 3 years) employment reference, education and social security.
