Job summary

Enterprise Holdings is offering a paid Management Internship at multiple Maryland locations (Waldorf, Lexington Park, Prince Frederick). You’ll gain real-world leadership and management experience from day one, learning how to run a successful operation while building marketable skills in customer service and team collaboration.

During the internship you’ll tackle diverse tasks, from fleet management and customer engagement to marketing strategy development and relationship building.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Graduating December 2027, Spring 2028 or Summer 2028.
• At least 6 months of experience in sales, customer service, leadership or management in the last 6 years.
• Leadership experience via organizations, clubs, volunteer work, community service, athletics or military service.
• Valid US driver's license for at least 1 year.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Satisfactory background check including driving history, employment references, education and Social Security.

Overview

For a university/college student, the real-world professional experience you’ll receive during the internship will help you stand apart from the crowd, and will be more than just a line on your resume.

From day one as a paid intern with Enterprise, you'll learn what it takes to run a successful business and acquire highly marketable skills in management. Our university/college interns take on the same challenges as our first and second year full-time professionals. It's a team-based environment; and throughout your internship, your peers will be right by your side helping you learn, grow and have fun.

This role is located at 2295 Crain Hwy, Waldorf, MD 20601 or 22043 Three Notch Rd, Lexington Park, MD 20653 or 520 Solomons Island Rd N, Prince Frederick, MD 20678. We will take your home address into consideration for location assignment.

Compensation for this job is $19 / HR

Responsibilities

When you join our Management Internship Program, you'll soon discover that every day is different because it is filled with new, exciting, rewarding and often unexpected opportunities. For a season, we’ll put you in the middle of everything, just like our Management Trainees. We’ll give you the chance to develop the skills you need to manage a fleet of vehicles, take care of customers, develop marketing strategies and build relationships with customers and coworkers.

During our internship, you’ll use the skills you learn to complete intern projects and engage in some friendly competition with your peers. You may also be eligible for performance incentives and employee referral rewards.
