Job summary

XTRA Lease in Irving, TX is seeking a Management Trainee to learn the ins and outs of managing a rental facility within the national supply chain. You will develop skills in customer service, fleet management, vendor relations, invoicing, and business leadership while supporting daily operations.

You'll join an entry-level program designed to advance you toward management roles, with potential promotions to Operations Manager or Outside Sales within 1–3 years, and a path through a Berkshire

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred or 4 years of equivalent experience in customer-facing rental operations or outside sales.
• 1-2 years of customer service or 1-2 years in sales/business development.
• Willing to relocate out-of-state to other nationwide facilities upon promotion.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Self-starter with motivation, critical thinking and conscientiousness.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to resolve issues.
• Leadership ability to train and develop staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide top-tier customer service for clients within the domestic supply chain.
• Work with experienced managers to learn operations and sales processes.
• Contribute to credit and collections management and account maintenance.
