Job summary

Hertz is seeking a Manager In Training to rotate through Sales, Operations, Customer Service, finance, and fleet management. The program offers hands-on experience and a clear path to Branch Manager in 12–18 months, with exposure to location-wide goals and customer service excellence.

The role pays $18.50 per hour and requires a high school diploma, valid driver's license, strong computer and multitasking skills, and excellent written and verbal communication.
