A leading mobility solutions provider is seeking candidates for its Management Training Program in Salem, Oregon. This role offers a competitive first-year compensation of $55,007 with 20 paid days off and extensive benefits including health insurance and a 401(k) plan. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Valid driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the last 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related event on driving record in the past 3 years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Learn the business from day one while based out of one of the neighborhood branches.
• Serve as both the face of the company to customers and the operational expert.
• Master the knowledge and skills needed to eventually run your own branch.
• Cultivate new business and develop your team.
• Excel at customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations.
