Enterprise Mobility is hiring immediately for its Management Training Program at 1900 N 12TH ST. STE E. Murray, KY 42071.

As a MT, you’ll learn the business from day one in sales, customer service, operations, or retail management, with a clear path for progression through training, mentoring, and a culture of promotion from within. You’ll join a hands-on program that builds leadership and customer service skills, with the goal of preparing you to run a branch and grow the business through

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or within 1 semester of graduation.
• Valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related conviction in the past 5 years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Enter and learn the business from day one as a Management Trainee.
• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and support branch operations.
• Develop leadership, sales, customer service, finance, and operations skills within a structured program.
• Support community engagement and relationship building to grow the business.
