Enterprise Mobility is hiring immediately for a Management Training Program in the Crossville area (Upper Cumberland market). You will start learning our business from day one at a local branch, becoming the face of Enterprise to customers and partners while gaining hands-on experience in sales, service, and operations.

The program provides mentoring and a clear path toward running your own branch, with structured development and opportunities for internal promotion within a culture of growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or currently enrolled with 1 semester left to graduate.
• Minimum 6 months experience in sales, customer service, or leadership roles.
• Valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the last 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol-related convictions on driving record in the past 5 years.
• Authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Learn the business from day one while based at a neighborhood branch as a Management Trainee.
• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and assist with operations.
• Develop skills in sales, marketing, finance, and operations to eventually run a branch.

Responsibilities

We are now hiring for immediate openings in our Management Training program. As a MT, you’ll start learning our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches. You will be entrusted to serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert. In our structured program, you will master the knowledge and skills you need to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business and develop your team. In our hands-on learning environment, you will receive the guidance, mentoring, and support you need to be successful. Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelors degree, or currently enrolled with 1 semester left to graduate with a Bachelor's.
• Must have at least 6 months experience in one of the following categories:
  • Sales (server, fundraising, recruiting, cold calling)
  • Customer service
  • Leadership - Military and/or college or professional athletics participation will be considered in lieu of sales or customer service experience
• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record within the last 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol-related conviction on driving record in the past 5 years (ie., DUI/DWI).
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
