Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is hiring immediately for our Management Training Program, based at 628 WI - 136, Baraboob, WI 53913. The program offers structured learning with mentoring to prepare you to run a branch and grow the business.

You will develop skills in customer service, sales, finance, and operations, while advancing within a culture centered on customer success and internal promotion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or within 2 semesters of graduating.
• 6 months experience in Sales, Customer Service or Leadership.
• Athletic or leadership experience considered.
• Valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations or at-fault accidents in 3 years.
• No drug/alcohol conviction on driving record in 3 years.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Learn the business from day one while based at a neighborhood branch.
• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and handle behind-the-scenes operations.
• Master knowledge to run a future branch, grow new business and develop a team.
• Receive guidance, mentoring, and community engagement to build relationships.
• Learn customer service, sales/marketing, finance, and operations, putting customers first.

Responsibilities

We are now hiring for immediate openings in our Management Training program. As a MT, you'll start learning our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches. You will be entrusted to serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert. In our structured program, you will master the knowledge and skills you need to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business and develop your team.

In our hands-on learning environment, you will receive the guidance, mentoring, and support you need to be successful. You will also get out into the community and establish the relationships essential to building your own business.

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelors degree, or be within 2 semesters of graduating with a Bachelors.
• Must have 6 months experience in Sales, Customer Service and/or Management/Leadership experience.
• Experience can also include experience as a collegiate/professional athlete, or leadership experience in the military or community/social/academic organizations.
• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related conviction (DUI, DWI) on driving record within the past 3 years.
