Unifi Manufacturing, Inc. is seeking a Management Trainee for our Yadkinville, NC facility starting May 2027.
The role focuses on gaining comprehensive knowledge of plant processes in textile production, including extrusion and quality assurance, while supporting operations and engineering improvements. You will analyze production data, implement process improvements, and help transition new product developments into scalable commercial processes.
Unifi Manufacturing is hiring a Management Trainee to join our Yadkinville, NC team in May 2027.
The Management Trainee is responsible for becoming knowledgeable of all plant processes, including textile manufacturing operations, maintenance, quality, continuous improvement, and engineering. The focus will be on providing support at the plant level in the improvement and expansion of existing products, processes, and technology. The Management Trainee will primarily work in the POY Spinning Extrusion facility.
