Cintas Corporation is offering a Management Trainee program designed to jumpstart your professional career with hands-on rotations across Outside Sales, Production/Warehouse, Office Management and Service Management. You will learn from seasoned leaders and prepare for advancement within the company.

As an entry-level Management Trainee, you’ll build customer relationships, analyze sales data, and contribute to projects that improve sales and operations while benefiting from leadership

Cintas is offering an exciting Management Trainee program designed to kickstart your professional career. We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Management Trainee to join this well-structured program, where you’ll gain in-depth knowledge of our business through hands-on rotations in various departments. This position is designed for individuals looking to develop their leadership skills and gain hands-on experience in various aspects of our business operations. The Management Trainee will work closely with experienced managers to learn about Outside Sales, Production/Warehouse Management, Office Management, Service Management and ultimately prepare you for career advancement opportunities within the company.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Co-op or internship experience in a Customer Service, Sales, Productionor Administrative role
• A business or otherwise related academic major
• A leadership/management role on campus or related extracurricular activities

Willingness to relocate regionally during, or at the end of, the program
