Cintas Corporation offers an exciting Management Trainee program designed to jumpstart your career. You will rotate through departments, learning Outside Sales, Production/Warehouse, Office Management and Service Management while building leadership skills for future advancement.

As a Management Trainee, you will engage in sales activities, deliver exceptional customer service, and analyze data to guide business decisions.

Qualifications

Cintas is offering an exciting Management Trainee program designed to kickstart your professional career. We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Management Trainee to join this well-structured program, where you’ll gain in-depth knowledge of our business through hands‑on rotations in various departments. This position is designed for individuals looking to develop their leadership skills and gain hands‑on experience in various aspects of our business operations. The Management Trainee will work closely with experienced managers to learn about Outside Sales, Production/Warehouse Management, Office Management, Service Management and ultimately prepare you for career advancement opportunities within the company.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Rotate through departments immersing in the business from a leadership viewpoint.

Skills/Qualifications

• Must have, or will obtain, a Bachelor’s degree within six months
• Have an active driver's license

Preferred

• Co-op or internship experience in a Customer Service, Sales, Productionor Administrative role
• A business or otherwise related academic major
• A leadership/management role on campus or related extracurricular activities

Willingness to relocate regionally during, or at the end of, the program
