This is an entry-level training position participating in an intensive 16-week Operations Management Trainee Program. The program aims to prepare you for an initial role in operations under mentorship, focusing on transportation industry principles, cross-dock operations, leadership communication, and relationship skills. Upon completion, relocation for a leadership role in operations will be required.

Responsibilities include completing guided and independent training, interacting with Support Center and Service Center staff, shadowing an Account Manager during customer calls, and occasionally observing drivers on delivery routes to understand freight delivery processes.

Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Transportation or Logistics, or at least two years of related work experience; acceptable driving history; flexibility to relocate; strong communication skills; professional demeanor; basic computer skills; strong work ethic.

Average starting pay ranges from $50,000 to $60,000 annually.
