Job summary

Denny's in Spartanburg is hiring immediately for Management Trainees to join their team. You’ll learn to run a busy restaurant and develop leadership skills through hands-on rotations and training.

The role focuses on staffing, operations, and guest experience, with opportunities for advancement and bonus potential as you grow with the brand. You’ll work with seasoned managers to gain exposure to scheduling, inventory, and customer service standards while upholding safety and quality guidelines

• Ensuring that our restaurant is fully and appropriately staffed at all times
• Maintaining operational excellence so our restaurant is running efficiently and effectively
• Ensuring that all laws, regulations, and guidelines are being followed
• Creating a restaurant atmosphere that both patrons and employees enjoy
• Various other tasks as needed

In this position, you’ll never be bored.You’ll be learning how to be responsible for making sure our restaurant runs smoothly. Learning how to build strong leadership skills through various jobs within the restaurant as well as learning how to utilized skills already obtained through previous jobs to continue to grow wonderful experience and environment for our guests as well as our employees.
