TSP Talent in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a hands-on leader to service and manage existing clients, supporting retention and growth. You will supervise team activities to ensure effective coverage and high-quality service, and train new members with ongoing guidance.

Using a Salesforce-based CRM, you will document field activity and report on performance to drive client outcomes and team capability across the organization.
