Job summary

Enterprise Holdings is seeking candidates for its Management Training Program in Owensboro, KY, offering a career with clear growth opportunities. As a Management Trainee, you will learn the business from the ground up while serving as the face of the company and mastering the operational aspects of running a branch.

The position includes targeted first-year annual compensation of $49,000, extensive benefits such as health insurance, paid time off, and a 401(k) retirement plan.

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor’s degree, or be within 1 semester of graduating with a Bachelors.
• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related conviction on your record in the past 5 years (i.e., DUI, DWI)
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Start learning our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches.
• Serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and behind-the-scenes operational expert.
• Receive guidance, mentoring, and support to be successful in the program.

Responsibilities

We are now hiring for immediate openings in our Management Training program. As a MT, you’ll start learning our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches. You will be entrusted to serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert. In our structured program, you will master the knowledge and skills you need to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business and develop your team.
