Enterprise Mobility is hiring immediately for its Management Training Program in North Platte, NE. You’ll begin learning the business from day one, serving as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners while developing core skills in sales, operations and leadership.

This structured program includes mentoring, hands-on experience across branches, and a clear path to management through training, development and internal promotion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Valid driver's license with no more than 3 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record in the past 5 years (DUI/DWI).
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Learn the business from day one as a Management Trainee.
• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners.
• Participate in a structured program across sales, operations, and finance.
• Receive mentoring and hands-on learning to prepare you to run a branch.

This Management Trainee opportunity supports our North Platte market, including opportunities throughout North Platte, North Platte Regional Airport (LBF), Ogallala, Lexington, and surrounding communities throughout the Western Nebraska Corridor. Placement will be based on business needs and available opportunities throughout the market.

Responsibilities

We are now hiring for immediate openings in our Management Training program. As a MT, you’ll start learning our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches. You will be entrusted to serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert. In our structured program, you will master the knowledge and skills you need to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business and develop your team.

In our hands-on learning environment, you will receive the guidance, mentoring, and support you need to be successful. You will also get out into the community and establish the relationships essential to building your own business.
