Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is hiring immediately for our Management Training program in Greenwood, Indiana. As a MT you’ll learn the business from day one while stationed at a neighborhood branch, serving customers and partners as the face of Enterprise and handling behind-the-scenes operations.

The program provides mentoring, community engagement, and a path to manage your own location, with a structured training focus on customer service, sales, marketing, finance and operations, plus a competitive

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or current college student with no more than 1 semester to graduation.
• At least 6 months experience across two or more areas: sales, customer service, management, athletics, leadership.
• Valid driver's license with ≤2 moving violations/at-fault accidents in 2 years.
• No drug or alcohol convictions in the past 5 years.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Learn the business from day one while based at a neighborhood branch.
• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners; support operations behind the scenes.
• Master knowledge to eventually run your own branch and develop your team.
• Receive mentoring and community exposure to build business relationships.

Responsibilities

We are now hiring for immediate openings in our Management Training program. As a MT, you’ll start learning our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches. You will be entrusted to serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert. In our structured program, you will master the knowledge and skills you need to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business and develop your team.

In our hands-on learning environment, you will receive the guidance, mentoring, and support you need to be successful. You will also get out into the community and establish the relationships essential to building your own business.

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor's degree, or be a current college student with no more than 1 semester to graduation.


• Must have a minimum of 6 months experience in two or more of the following:
  
  
  
  • Sales-commission sales or sales with set goals and/or bonus potential.
  
  
  • Customer service in a service industry (i.e. retail, restaurant, hospitality)
  
  
  • Management experience leading a team.
  
  
  • Participation as an athlete on a professional, semi-professional or varsity team.

• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 2 years.


• No drug or alcohol related conviction on your record in the past 5 years (i.e., DUI, DWI)
