Responsibilities

As a Management Training Program (MTP) participant, you will learn our business from day one while based out of a neighborhood branch. You will serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind‑the‑scenes operational expert. In our structured program, you will master the knowledge and skills needed to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business, and develop your team.

You will receive a hands‑on learning environment, guidance, mentoring, and support to be successful. You will also work in the community to establish essential relationships for building your own business.

We will teach you to excel at customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations, and you’ll learn what it means to always put our customers first. Our culture of friendly competition is critical to growing our business—and your success.

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor’s degree, or be currently enrolled with one semester left to graduate.
• Must have at least 6 months experience in one of the following categories:
• Sales (server, fundraising, recruiting, cold calling)
• Customer service
• Leadership – Military and/or college or professional athletics participation considered in lieu of sales or customer service experience
• Must have a valid driver’s license with no more than two moving violations and/or at‑fault accidents on driving record within the last three years.
• No drug or alcohol‑related conviction on driving record in the past five years (i.e., DUI/DWI).
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship now or in the future.
