Job summary

Enterprise Mobility in Layton, UT is hiring for its Management Training Program. As a MT, you’ll start learning our business from day one while based at a neighborhood branch, serving customers and partners and handling the behind‑the‑scenes operations.

In our hands‑on program you’ll receive mentoring and develop skills across customer service, sales, marketing, finance and operations, with a clear path to lead your own location in the future.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or be within 2 semesters of graduating with a Bachelor's.
• Valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in last 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol-related conviction on driving record in past 5 years (e.g., DUI/DWI).
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Start learning the business from day one while based out of a neighborhood branch as a Management Trainee.
• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and manage behind-the-scenes operations.
• Learn to run a future branch, cultivate new business and develop a team.
• Receive guidance, mentoring and community engagement opportunities to build your own business.
• Learn customer service, sales, marketing, finance and operations with a customer-first culture.

Responsibilities

We are now hiring for immediate openings in our Management Training program. As a MT, you’ll start learning our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches. You will be entrusted to serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind‑the‑scenes operational expert. In our structured program, you will master the knowledge and skills you need to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business and develop your team.
