Dayton Freight Lines, Inc. is seeking a Management Trainee for a 24-week hands-on program designed to integrate recent graduates into the company’s operations and leadership tracks.

Trainees will participate in all areas of our operations, gain knowledge of our culture, and prepare for management roles within the organization. Benefits include relocation to various service centers, rotation across shifts, and exposure to the transportation industry in a fast-paced environment with opportunities

Qualifications

• Must hold a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college.
• Willingness to relocate to any Dayton Freight service center.
• Willingness to rotate through 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift.

Additionally, the program educates each individual on future-based leadership skills so that upon completion of the 24-weeks, they are confident and competent to take on a management position within our Company.
