Enterprise Mobility is hiring for a Management Training Program in Las Cruces, NM. This role trains across sales, business development, customer service and operations, with a path toward managing a branch.

We offer experienced mentors, a promotion-from-within culture and a first-year target compensation of $50,000–$63,000, plus benefits and advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Valid driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years, and no drug or alcohol related convictions in the past 5 years.
• Authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship.
• Must live in Las Cruces, NM area or be willing to relocate within 30 days.
• Minimum six months of experience in sales, customer service, management or leadership.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Learn the business from day one while based at a neighborhood branch.
• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operations expert.
• Aim to run your own branch, cultivate new business and develop your team.
• Receive guidance, mentoring and support to be successful and build relationships essential to the business.

Responsibilities

As a Management Training (MT) employee, you’ll start learning our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches. You will be entrusted to serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert. Master the knowledge and skills you need to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business, and develop your team. Receive guidance, mentoring, and support to be successful, and establish relationships essential to building your own business. You will learn how to excel at customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations while emphasizing putting our customers first.
