  • Self motivated, adaptable, and eager to learn.
  • Ability to relocate to Idaho Falls, Idaho and work onsite at Melaleuca’s Global Headquarters.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in structured rotational assignments across multiple business functions.
  • Gain hands on experience working alongside leaders across departments including Marketing, Sales, Operations, Human Resources, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing.
  • Develop leadership, communication, analytical, and problem solving skills through real world business experiences.
  • Support department initiatives and contribute to key business projects.

The Management Trainee Program is structured to develop future business leaders through rotational assignments and immersive learning experiences across a variety of departments including Marketing, Sales, Human Resources, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Operations, and Analytical teams. Participants will build foundational business knowledge, strengthen leadership capabilities, and contribute to meaningful projects that support Melaleuca’s continued growth and success.
