We’re currently hiring a Management Trainee to join our team in Houston, TX. This is a structured entry-level program designed to give you firsthand experience in sales, customer engagement, and team leadership, setting you up for a fast-tracked career in business management.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Engaging with customers in person at live events, retail locations, and pop-up campaigns
• Building rapport and identifying customer needs to deliver tailored product or service recommendations
• Driving sales through persuasive communication, product demonstrations, and customer follow-up
• Supporting campaign performance with on-the-ground insights and daily reporting
• Shadowing experienced team leaders to understand campaign strategy, team coordination, and client communication
