RESPONSIBILITIES

· Master all aspects of building and sustaining a successful business.

· Support and collaborate with Route Sales and Logistics teams.

· Develop and mentor Route Sales representatives while optimizing customer logistics routes.

· Complete a comprehensive management training program.

QUALIFICATIONS

· High School diploma or GED required, bachelor's degree preferred.

· Valid driver's license with an excellent driving record.

· Ability to pass all required screenings: drug test, DOT physical, criminal background, and credit check.

· High energy, positive attitude, and strong work ethic.

· Capable of lifting, pushing, and pulling up to 50 pounds.

· Comfortable communicating with all levels of management and decision-makers.

· Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with CRM systems like HubSpot or Salesforce is a plus.

· Military experience is a bonus.

· Passionate about the belief that our employees are our most valuable asset.
