Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is seeking candidates for its Management Training Program in Dickinson, ND. You will start learning the business from day one, based at a neighborhood branch, and serve as the face of the company to customers and partners.

The program offers mentoring and a clear path to managing a branch, developing a team, and building relationships in the community. Eligible applicants should have a Bachelor's degree and be able to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelors degree
• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 3 moving violations and/or at‑fault accidents on your driving record in the past 3 years
• No drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record in the past 5 years (DUI/DWI)
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
• Must be at least 18 years old

Responsibilities

• We are now hiring for immediate openings in our Management Training program. As a MT, you’ll start learning our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches.
• You will be entrusted to serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert.
• In our structured program, you will master the knowledge and skills you need to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business and develop your team.

This Management Trainee opportunity supports our Dickinson market, including opportunities throughout Dickinson, Dickinson Theodore Roosevelt Regional Airport (DIK), Belfield, Killdeer, Lehigh, Eland, Dickinson State University, Manning, and surrounding communities throughout Southwest North Dakota and the Bakken Region. Placement will be based on business needs and available opportunities throughout the market.
