Enterprise Mobility is hiring for its Management Training program in Bemidji, MN. The MT role starts at a neighborhood branch, with mentoring and a path toward running a future Enterprise location.

You will learn customer service, sales, and operations while supporting the Bemidji market and nearby communities. Qualified candidates have a Bachelor's degree, a valid driver's license with limited violations, and work authorization in the United States.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Valid driver's license with no more than 3 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record in past 5 years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Join the Management Training program and learn the business from day one.
• Based at a neighborhood branch; interact with customers and partners as the face of Enterprise.
• Aim to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business and develop your team.
• Receive guidance, mentoring, and community engagement opportunities to build your network.
• Learn customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations with a customer-first culture.

Placement will be based on business needs and available opportunities throughout the market.

Responsibilities

We are now hiring for immediate openings in our Management Training program. As a MT, you’ll start learning our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches. You will be entrusted to serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert. In our structured program, you will master the knowledge and skills you need to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business and develop your team.

In our hands-on learning environment, you will receive the guidance, mentoring, and support you need to be successful. You will also get out into the community and establish the relationships essential to building your own business.
