Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is hiring for an immediate Management Trainee program in the Bismarck area. You’ll start in a neighborhood branch, learn our operations from the ground up, and rotate through sales, customer service, and operations to build a solid foundation for future management roles.

You’ll receive structured training, mentoring, and a clear path to potential management positions within Enterprise Mobility’s network across Burleigh and surrounding communities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Valid driver's license with no more than 3 moving violations in 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol convictions in past 5 years (DUI/DWI).
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Learn the business from day one while based at a neighborhood branch.
• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners.
• Rotate through sales, customer service, and operations to gain broad experience.
• Develop leadership and operational skills to potentially run a branch.
• Receive mentoring and guidance in a structured Management Training program.

This Management Trainee opportunity supports our Bismarck market, including opportunities throughout Bismarck, Mandan, Lincoln, Pierce, University of Mary, Bismarck State College, Apple Valley, Bismarck Municipal Airport (BIS), and surrounding communities throughout Burleigh County, Morton County, and Central North Dakota. Placement will be based on business needs and available opportunities throughout the market.

Responsibilities

We are now hiring for immediate openings in our Management Training program. As a MT, you’ll start learning our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches. You will be entrusted to serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert. In our structured program, you will master the knowledge and skills you need to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business and develop your team.

In our hands‑on learning environment, you will receive the guidance, mentoring, and support you need to be successful. You will also get out into the community and establish the relationships essential to building your own business.
