Tailored Events is hiring a Management Trainee in Dayton — a full-time, entry-level opportunity for someone who wants to learn a business inside out and build toward a leadership role.

About the opportunity

This isn't a desk job with a fancy title. Our Management Trainee role is a hands-on, 360-degree

introduction to how a modern events and marketing business actually runs. You'll start on the front line and progressively take on responsibility across every core function — so by the time you're leading, you've actually done the work.

How you'll develop

Starting out — Sales & marketing foundations:

You'll begin by learning our core business: face-to-face marketing and event campaigns for our

clients. You'll represent client brands directly, understand what makes a campaign succeed or fail, and build the communication skills every leader in this business needs.

Building on it — Team leadership & operations:

As you progress, you'll start coaching newer team members, running daily briefings, and helping

coordinate campaign logistics and reporting.

Broadening out — Wider business exposure:

• HR — recruitment, onboarding, and team development
• Legal and compliance — contracts, client agreements, and regulatory basics
• Business development — client pitching, account growth, and new market research
• Finance and operations — budgeting, forecasting, and campaign P&L
