Position Overview
As a Management Trainee, you'll work alongside experienced professionals in marketing, sales, and operations, gaining real-world experience and leadership skills. You’ll be trained in key business functions and given the opportunity to take on increasing responsibility as you progress.
Key Responsibilities
Learn day-to-day business operations, including marketing, customer service, and team support
Assist in coordinating and executing sales and promotional campaigns
Lead and motivate small teams as part of the management training process
Analyze business trends and customer feedback to improve strategies
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet performance goals
Participate in ongoing leadership and personal development training
Work toward eligibility for advancement into management roles
Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self-starter with a positive attitude and leadership potential
Ability to work well in a team and independently
Excellent problem-solving and time-management abilities
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus (but not required)
Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
Previous experience in customer service, sales, or team environments is helpful but not required
