Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is hiring immediate for its Management Training Program in the North Dallas area, including Addison and surrounding communities. As a MT, you’ll learn our business from day one and work at a neighborhood branch, serving customers and supporting operations while mapping a path toward branch leadership.

You’ll gain hands-on experience in customer service, sales, marketing, and finance, with mentoring and a culture of promotion from within. No sponsorship needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record in the past 5 years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• As a Management Trainee, learn the business from day one at a neighborhood branch.
• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners while supporting operations.

This Management Trainee opportunity is located within our North Dallas market and may support branch locations throughout Addison, Carrollton, Richardson, North Dallas, Farmers Branch, the Galleria area, and surrounding communities. Placement will be based on business needs and available opportunities throughout the North Dallas corridor.

Responsibilities

We are now hiring for immediate openings in our Management Training program. As a MT, you’ll start learning our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches. You will be entrusted to serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert. In our structured program, you will master the knowledge and skills you need to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business and develop your team.
In our hands-on learning environment, you will receive the guidance, mentoring, and support you need to be successful. You will also get out into the community and establish the relationships essential to building your own business.
