Job summary

Enterprise Mobility, a leading mobility solutions provider, is hiring immediately for an Management Training Program in Irving. You’ll start in a MT role, learning the business day one while placed at a neighborhood branch, with a path toward branch leadership and internal promotion.

The program covers customer service, sales, operations, finance, and people leadership. A bachelor's degree and legal work status in the United States are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record in the past 5 years (ie., DUI/DWI).
• Authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by the company now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Operate as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners while learning the business from day one.
• Participate in a structured Management Training program across sales, operations, and finance.
• Develop leadership, customer service, and branch-management skills with guidance and mentoring.
• Contribute to branch growth and customer satisfaction within a promotion-oriented culture.

This Management Trainee opportunity is located within our Irving market and may support branch locations throughout Irving, Grand Prairie, the Mid-Cities area, and communities surrounding the Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport corridor. Placement will be based on business needs and available opportunities throughout the Irving and Mid-Cities market.

Responsibilities

We are now hiring for immediate openings in our Management Training program. As a MT, you’ll start learning our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches. You will be entrusted to serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert. In our structured program, you will master the knowledge and skills you need to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business and develop your team.

In our hands-on learning environment, you will receive the guidance, mentoring, and support you need to be successful. You will also get out into the community and establish the relationships essential to building your own business.
