Do you want your work to make a meaningful difference in the safety of employees, the protection of public resources, and the delivery of City services?
The City is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Management Specialist to support our Risk Management Program—a vital team dedicated to protecting the City, its employees, and the community it serves. This is an exciting opportunity for a resourceful professional who thrives on balancing priorities, building relationships, improving processes, and turning details into results. You will coordinate activities, maintain accurate records, monitor deadlines and requirements, support employees and departments, and ensure important information and processes stay on track. Your work will help the Risk Manager focus on strategic risk analysis, claims oversight, policy development, and loss prevention.
This position offers the chance to make a tangible difference behind the scenes of City government. Your work will help protect public funds, support a safer workplace, strengthen accountability, and ensure that critical Risk Management programs operate efficiently.
For someone who enjoys taking initiative, following through, and seeing the results of their efforts, this role offers variety, responsibility, and the opportunity to contribute to work that matters.
