Job summary

The California Conservation Corps (CCC) seeks a Management Services Technician at our Butte County center. You will manage supply orders, purchase orders, contracts, invoices, and purchasing records, while assisting with employee travel and reimbursements.

You’ll track budgets and vehicle expenses and ensure purchases follow state requirements. Your organization and attention to detail keep operations on track to support CCC’s mission.

Job description

Join the California Conservation Corps (CCC) team at our Butte County center as a Management Services Technician! In this role, you’ll help keep daily operations running smoothly by managing supply orders, purchase orders, contracts, invoices, and purchasing records. You’ll also assist with employee travel arrangements and reimbursements, track budgets and vehicle expenses, and help ensure purchases follow state requirements. Your organization and attention to detail will help our center stay on track and support the important work of the CCC.

You’ll also play an important role in supporting our staff and Corpsmembers by processing payroll, tracking time and leave, maintaining personnel records, and coordinating hiring, transfers, promotions, and separations. You’ll help process workers’ compensation claims, maintain staff training records, and support recruitment and onboarding. From preparing reports and answering phones to assisting visitors and providing general administrative support, you’ll work closely with center leadership and staff to meet the needs of our program.
